Trade Winds Rental Policies

Rates: All prices are in US dollars for single and double occupancy per night. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Reservations: A three night deposit is required to confirm and guarantee the reservation. The deposit is non-refundable less than 30 days prior to arrival, except the Christmas/New Year period which must be paid in full and is non refundable 30 days prior to arrival. A 10% administration fee is levied to all refunds. Travel insurance is recommended.

Credit Cards: We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and Discover. A key and security deposit is required in the form of a credit card imprint upon arrival.

Smoking & Pets: For the comfort of all guests, all suites are NON-SMOKING. However, each suite has its own private balcony/deck for those who wish to smoke. Pets are NOT permitted.

Occupancy: Each suite can accommodate up to 4 people (children and/or two couples) with the bedroom sleeping two and sleep sofa in the living room sleeping two as well. Cots and/or roll-away bed are available on special request.
