TRADE WINDS VILLAS - PROVIDENCIALES

Commencing May 2008, Trade Winds will have a limited number of 2 bedroom villas for rent adding to our existing inventory of one bedroom suites at our primary location. The villas are located separate from the Trade Winds Condotel but have all the facilities and amenities enjoyed by our guests at our primary Grace Bay location including the Internet and daily housekeeping services. The villas are situated a ten minute drive from the beach and the Trade Winds Condotel but enjoy a spectacular three hundred and sixty degree, panoramic view of the island and our turquoise ocean. Our villa guests will also have access to the Trade Winds Condotel swimming pool, umbrellas and lounge chairs on the beach.

Our first Trade Winds Villa will be available for rent May 1st 2008 at the following nightly rates:

May 1 – December 14 2008	$400.00 per night plus taxes
December 15 2008 – January 4 2009	$600.00 per night plus taxes
January 5 – April 30 2009	$500.00 per night plus taxes

Above rates are based on double occupancy. There is an additional $50.00 payment per extra adult with a maximum of four adults permitted. Guests will receive a 10% discount on reservations made over the Internet.

The newly built villas come with full kitchens including all utensils and crockery, microwave, laundry room with clothes washer, security safe and ceiling fans. Additional features include daily maid service, large wall mounted Plasma cable TV, hair dryer, barbecue, guest “pay as you go” cell telephone and use of all the facilities at the Trade Winds Condotel, including in ground pool, guest barbecue and free availability of bicycles.

Our first villa available comes with a downstairs bedroom, bathroom, full kitchen and living room and deck. The upstairs consists of a “loft” with king size bed, sitting room and roof deck with spectacular views of the island. Guests will require their own transportation.
